06 — Floor Leveling

The Finish Is Only as Good as the Foundation.

Floor leveling is one of the most overlooked steps in a flooring project — and one of the most consequential.

Floor Leveling work by EverPeak Elite

Overview

What this work involves

Uneven substrates cause hollow spots, movement, squeaks, gapping and premature wear. They also make otherwise excellent material look poorly installed.

We assess the substrate, identify low areas and high spots, and prepare the floor using appropriate methods, including self-leveling systems where suitable, so the finished floor sits on a surface that supports it.

What We Handle

  • Substrate assessment
  • Low area filling
  • High spot correction
  • Self-leveling systems where appropriate
  • Floor readiness verification
  • Flooring compatibility review
