Initial Review
We review the request, identify what's clear, what's missing and what may need specialist input.

Site Visit
Where appropriate, we visit to assess existing conditions, measurements and access.

Estimate & Scope
You receive a written scope and estimate describing what is included, and where relevant, what is not.

Scheduling
Dates are confirmed and sequenced around any other trades involved in the project.

Preparation
Protection is installed, materials are staged and the space is prepared before work begins.

Construction
The work is carried out with the site kept controlled, organised and communicated on.

Quality Review
We review the work against the standard we set for it, before it is presented as complete.
- 09
Final Walkthrough
We walk the project with you and note anything you'd like addressed.
- 10
Project Completion
Remaining items are closed out and the space is handed back clean and ready to use.
