Describe outcomes, not just tasks
Telling us what the finished space should feel like gives us room to propose the most durable route to that result — sometimes a simpler and less expensive one.
Share constraints early
Budget ranges, timing, building rules and access limitations shape the plan. Sharing them early means fewer revisions later.
Photos beat descriptions
A few wide photos of the space, plus close-ups of anything unusual, make an initial estimate far more accurate before a site visit takes place.
